WEEKLY ORDER POLICY
Ordering opens every week (unless specified closed) on Sunday and closes on Wednesday at 4:30pm AST. Orders placed within that timeframe will be available for pick-up/delivery on that Saturday from 12pm-3pm AST.
Order Modifications
Any order modifications (e.g. flavor, quantity) should be submitted immediately. Modifications on the the delivery/pick-up day will not be honored. To submit a modification please send an email to [email protected]. Modifications aren’t guaranteed and are based on availability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up day to receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests made in less than 48 hours of the baking day are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may have already started.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the timeframe outlined above.
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. I’ll work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
- Abandoned orders are orders that aren’t retrieved according to the pick-up and delivery options below. Abandoned orders are non-refundable.
Pick-up/ Delivery
Pick-up:
Order pick-ups are Saturday from 12pm-3pm AST. When your order is ready, you will receive a text and/or email indicating your order is ready and the timeframe and location to pick up your order. Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the last pick up time (generally 3pm AST, unless otherwise indicated) will be considered abandoned and are non-refundable. If you are aware of a scheduling conflict, please contact us for an accommodation.
Delivery:
Once your order is placed and delivery selected, we will deliver your order at the address indicated. If after two attempts a delivery cannot be completed, we will offer a pick-up option. If the pick-up is not honored, we will consider your order abandoned.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Custom orders are order over 36 cookies. Custom orders should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed less than 2 weeks from the delivery date will require a $25 rush fee.
Deposit Requirement:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders. This secures time and materials.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the order is canceled a week from the delivery/pick-up date, the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled 72 hours before the delivery or pickup date, the deposit will not be refunded but can be credited toward a future order.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours of the delivery date will forfeit the deposit and any additional payments made as these require special preparation.
- An abandoned order is an order not retrieved per the agreed pick-up or delivery terms. An abandoned order is non-refundable.
Custom Order Pick-Ups or Deliveries
Pick-up:
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a text and/or email with pick-up timeframe and location. If the order is not retrieved an hour after the pick-up timeframe has expired, we will depart the pick-up location and attempt to arrange another time. If after 24 hours the order isn’t retrieved, your order will be considered abandoned.
Delivery:
We will deliver your order at the location and time specified. If after two attempts the delivery cannot be completed, we will offer a pick-up option. If the pickup option isn't honored and your order isn't retrieved in 24 hours, the order will be considered abandoned.
